Sitting quietly in meditation brings us into the present moment and allows us to pause and observe what is going on in mind and body. Meditation on the natural breath helps to build compassion for ourselves and others. This enables us to feel more tranquil, more focused and positive.
What does the course involve?
We will make sure everyone is comfortable. We will have a short chat followed by a simple 20 minute meditation practice and short relaxation. All you need to do is bring a blanket! All welcome.
