We still have a limited number of tables on 30th November as MJP heads back to the Cookery School. We have also now added the 6th December at Cambridge Cookery School for a night of festivities, great food, wine, and hospitality.
For those of you in need of a weekend treat, we still have a few tables from 6:30pm to 9pm on both nights, for a taste of what could be on offer here is the menu for our next sold out event.
Saturday 23rd November menu
•Celeriac and puy lentil Ragu, Celeriac and truffle veloute .
•Charred Salmon, aubergine miso purée, soy jelly, sesame butter.
•braised blade of beef, red wine sauce, Anna potato, onion, king oyster mushroom.
•Truffled Camembert, Apple and Ale chutney, sour dough.
•Baked Clementine yoghurt, polenta cake, ginger beer granita
