Cambridge Cookery School have a limited number of tables on Saturday 21st September as Mark Poynton (MJP Restaurant) heads back to the Cookery School for what might be the last event before a big announcement (you may even get the news on the night). Why join for a night of great food, wine, and hospitality. There are a few tables left from 6:30pm to 9pm.
Saturday 21st September menu
Baked potato, sour cream, caviar.
Courgette and goats cheese salad, lemon and charcoal mayonnaise.
Sea bream, lime, buttermilk, dill.
Roast Duck, apricot and white bean purée, king oyster mushroom.
Dark chocolate, raspberry, Olive oil and sea salt.
The price is £55 for a 5 course tasting menu, payable in advance. Drinks will be available on the night, as usual.
