A twelve week small group programme covering a range of health related topics including habits and how to set up positive new ones/ditch unhelpful ones, exercise, sleep and nutrition. There’ll be help with individual goal setting, optional weigh in each week, meal plans and a journal to record progress.
The programme seeks to improve participants relationship with food, their body image and most importantly their health in a friendly, supportive, group environment. We embrace a diet of inclusion, i.e. focusing on all the foods that we can eat to nourish our bodies and help them run at their best as opposed to restrictive diets which often demonise particular food groups.
Starts 10 January, every Wednesday 8 – 9pm (with a break for half term on 14th February)
