New Head Chef, Samira Effa’s belief in working with fresh, and seasonal ingredients is paramount. You can expect to see some big and bold flavours on her menu with inspiration taken from her previous Head Chefs. There is also a nod to her Iranian-Nigerian heritage, which is seen in dishes such as Stone Bass, Smoked Aubergine, Saffron and Red Pepper which is on our current menu.
Samira will be showcasing some of her exciting new and prototype dishes on the night, and of course, there will be opportunity for you to give your valuable feedback.
