The Cambridge Cookery School has announced an exciting partnership with Michelin star chef Mark Poynton!
Following on from a series of successful events last year, he will now be taking over every Friday and Saturday evening.
Mark will offer two distinctly different concepts: a relaxed £40 for 3 courses on Fridays, with a short à la carte menu and a £55 Tasting menu on Saturdays.
Mark will be running service in the open cookery school, allowing them to offer the whole space as a “chef’s table”, where guests are seated next to Mark and are able to watch him work and to chat to him.
