Forever Active

Nightingale Gardeners
Informal, drop-in, volunteering to create and maintain the community garden (former bowling green) at Nightingale Park. 
Every Sunday and Monday afternoon, weather permitting, from 2 to 4 pm. Check the website before travelling far. Gardeners’ tea at 3. All welcome. Regulars (gardening or tea drinking) can join the new constituted group: Nightingale Gardeners. Garden volunteers can also register as individuals for Streets and Open Spaces volunteering and earn Spice time credits.
